Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 to 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using Royal Mail UK. Flat rate shipping fee of 2 to 3 pounds applies to orders shipping to countries outside the UK.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe (Including France and Germany), United States of America, Australia and Canada.
At this time, we do not ship to Africa, China, and some countries in Europe, Oceania and Asia
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HeartbeatArts’ Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at heartbeatartproduction@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
